We’ll accomplish this by acquiring independent agencies—initially those under $5 million in revenue, where relationships are strongest but innovation lags—and equipping them with AI solutions that automate administrative tasks, freeing agents to focus on client relationships. Rather than replacing the human touch, our technology is designed to enhance it, ensuring agents have the tools to be more efficient and more connected, not merely driven by bottom-line efficiencies.
